** Do Two Sets Of TWO EACH Leg As A Warm Up Before Starting Your Sets Of 1 Each

20 KB Swings (35#/53#)
* As Many Rounds & Reps As Possible In 6 Minutes
** If It Rains OR Is Raining During Class We Will Do A Short Shuttle Run Instead
