HERE'S THE CATCH... The Rep Numbers Are Low Enough That We Need To Shoot For Unbroken Reps For Each Movement For The ENTIRE 10 Minutes.. Anytime You Fail To Do All The Reps For A Given Movement Consecutively You Will Have To Perform 10 Double Unders OR 5 Burpees w/ A Lateral Line Jump Before You Will Be Permitted To Continue Where You Left Off...
