We will go over the clean by practicing for a few minutes with a medicine ball. Med Ball Cleans are an excellent way to learn, and get better at the mechanics of the clean.
Full Squat Clean
*Progressive sets, get heavier each set. Go for gold, and try to set a new PR today... and write your numbers down! Recording your records will help you keep track of your progress, and it will help you see the gains you're making, as well as helping with goal setting. You should be keeping track guys. If you need recommendations, ask one of us (Justin & Brandon), we'll give you a hand. Your fellow H2 members are a good asset; I'm sure they may have some ideas for you as well. :-)
