Green Ball Thoracic Mobility & Lacrosse Ball Rolling On Hips & Around Shoulders

50 Double Unders OR 50 Lateral Barbell Jumps
15 Overhead Squats (63#/95#)
* 5 Rounds *
(15 Minute Cutoff... Scale Accordingly So You Are AT LEAST On The Last Round OR Completely Finish Before Time Is Called)

POST WOD:
Barbell Inverted Rows OR Ring Rows
* Perform TWO Sets Of MAX REPS On Rows (At Least 25+ Reps Each Set) w/ 2-3 Minutes Rest Between These Two Sets
