SUNDAY WORKOUT

GYMNASTICS SKILL: 15-20 Minutes
Muscle Up Skill
* If you aren't legitimately close to a muscle up then work ring dips and kipping chest to bar pull ups instead for 5+ reps each or perform holds & negatives if you aren't strong enough for full reps yet

STRENGTH: 20 Minutes
Barbell OR KB Farmers Carry
* Using Two KBs or Barbells Figure Out The Max Load You Can Carry For 100 Total Feet (25 feet X 4 Total Trips)
(4 Total Sets... Make Big Jumps Each Set, If You Can)

TEST WORKOUT: 6 Minutes
50 Burpees
* Goal Is Unbroken Reps & You Only Get 6 Minutes *

POST ANY NEW ACCOMPLISHMENTS & TOTAL TIME ON BURPEES TO COMMENTS
