1. Any Snatch Variation
2. Clean Thrusters
3. Any Clean plus Overhead Variation
Plan a strategy for this one... You can start lighter early on and add weight every 5 reps or start at a heavy weight and gut it out for 20 reps, but you MUST FINISH ALL 20 reps before the 5 minute time limit is up otherwise you end up taking potential weight away from your total...
ONE MORE CATCH... You must take your total amount of weight moved and DIVIDE IT by your current body weight to get your score for this WOD...
