Here’s Some Tabata Sauce

5 Rounds Of Each Exercise:

Jump Rope - Single Unders
Goblet Squats (53/35)
Sit-ups
Bar Hangs

*Tabata is a work interval of 20 seconds of work, and 10 seconds of rest. Your score for this Tabata style workout will be cumulative, instead of the lowest round; meaning, every rep counts! Every 2 Single Unders = 1 rep for the Jump Rope. The Goblet Squats will be done with a Kettlebell held against the chest. The Bar Hangs are just what they sound like; you will hang from a pull-up bar for as much of the 20 second time period as you can. Every 2 seconds = 1 rep for the Bar Hangs. If your feet touch the floor, you are done for that 20 second cycle, and will start again the next 20 seconds. If you cannot hang from the bar, you will use a rope, or a set of rings, leaning back for resistance; make it challenging so your grip will get stronger.
