10 Box Jumps (24"/20")
10 Ball Slams (20/14)
10 Overhead Walking Lunges (20/14)
*The Lunges will be done with the med ball you're using for ball slams, held overhead. This workout is supposed to be quick and dirty, so your objective should be to only rest between exercises, and to do your sets unbroken. Go hard guys!!!
After:
5-10 mins of mobility work, hitting hips, shoulders, and any other area you feel needs some extra attention.
