Handstand Push Ups (Facing Wall), Pistols & Kipping Pull Ups
* Skill Work SHOULDN'T Be Done Under Excessive Fatigue Otherwise It's No Longer Skill Work So Keep Reps Between 5-10 Reps Max & Take Plenty Of Rest... PERFECT PRACTICE Makes Perfect!

Perform As Many Rounds As Possible In 20 Minutes
30 Alternating Pistol Squats (Box Assist, Hand Assist, Rolling OR Regular)
60 Pull Ups (Regular OR Strict, No Butterfly)
90 Seconds Of Handstand Holding (Facing Wall Only!)(Count Slow!) :)

POST WOD: 6-8 Minutes
Accumulate 3 Minutes Worth Of Side Bridge Holding Per Side (Try To Do In 2 Sets Or Less)
