*Your goal for these three sets should be to maintain the same weight across all three sets, varying it no more than 5 – 10lbs from the first set, to the last set. Your sets should be at around 90% - 95% of your 5RM.
**Challenge: Get your name on the board for getting a rope climb. If you already have your name on the board for getting up the rope: Get up the rope in as few adjustments as possible… who can get up it in 2 adjustments!?**
You might wanna bring some long socks for the rope climbs.
