It’s been 6 months since we opened our doors, so we thought we’d celebrate with a little team workout, a little drinking, and some BBQ!!! We will have grills available, as well as outlets for Crock Pots, food warmers, etc. Bring some meat to grill, a side dish to share, and something to drink, POTLUCK STYLE! You may bring whatever you want, no judgments will be made. :-) We will start the warm-up at 7pm. See you there!!! -CFH
THE WORKOUT
In Teams of 3
20 Minute AMRAP
Perform 1 Round of "Cindy"
5 Pull Ups (Any kind… including partner assisted)
10 Hand Release Push-ups
15 Air Squats
Then Immediately Drink 4 Ounces of Liquid
(Your Choice... Beer, Wine, Juice, Water, etc. / No Milk Please… ha!)
Before the next teammate can begin their round, you must make a Ping Pong Ball into your empty Solo Cup.
*Only one team member works at a time. The two teammates resting may assist with Pull-ups.
