We will use Tuesday nights open gym as an informational night for the Olympic Lifting meet on Saturday... We will go over the basics of the meet, how to count attempts, warm up timing, what weight to open at, etc... We will also be there earlier on Saturday morning (around 8:15am) for anyone who can't make it on Tuesday night...
