Perform 25 Double Unders OR 25 Box Jumps (16"/20") Prior To Completing The Following With The Same Weight On The Barbell For All Three Movements:
1 Snatch (Any Starting Position/Any Catch Height)
3 Push OR Split Jerks
5 Cleans (Any Starting Position/Any Catch Height)
* 5 Total Rounds Of This For MAXIMUM LOAD With Precisely 3 Minutes Between Each Round After Taking 2-3 Sets To Work Up To A Challenging Starting Weight *
AIM FOR STARTING YOUR FIRST ROUND WITH AROUND 80-85% OF YOUR BEST SNATCH WEIGHT
POST YOUR HIGHEST LOAD WITH NO MISSES ON ANY OF THE THREE MOVEMENTS TO COMMENTS
