Wall walks start with chest on the floor then you must walk all the way up until your chest & forehead touch the wall & walk back down under control until your chest is back on the deck...
Box jump overs are just what they sound like, but you must touch both feet on the top of the box & touch both feet on the opposite side of the box before you can count it as a rep... You DO NOT need to stand up on the box...

*forward rolls - fun, made me dizzy
*wall walks - almost ate the floor twice, but fun nonetheless.
*toes 2 bar - not yet. I'm able to make the letter "L" repetitiously, though.
*box jump overs - fun, feels like I'm preparing for the pummel-horse. :)
