Back Squat (Low OR High Bar)
10-5-3-1-3-5-10

* The goal of this WOD is to build up to a heavy single, but NOT A MAX (Between 90-95% of your best max)... INSTEAD you are trying to beat the 3, 5 & 10 rep weights you establish in the early part of the WOD, hopefully establishing new 3, 5 & 10 rep maxes on the final three sets...

TAKE AT LEAST 3-5 MINUTES BETWEEN SETS ONCE YOU REACH THE LAST FOUR SETS...
