Who’s up for some Deadlifts? Everyone… obviously.
You may have seen this one before, but even if you haven’t, keep track of your results because you may see it again in the future.
3 Rounds For Time:
10 Deadlifts (275/185)
50 Double Unders (OR 50 Jumps Over Barbell)
**6 Minute Cut-off**
*For the Deadlifts, use approximately 70% of your 1RM Deadlift to calculate the weight you should use. If you cannot do Double Unders, the alternative will be to jump over the barbell you’re using for your Deadlifts, one jump for each rep. No Single Unders accepted. This is supposed to be a fast, medium-heavy MetCon, so pick your poison accordingly.
Then
10 minute minimum spent on MOBILITY
Spending some time on Mobility post workout, as well as pre workout, will pay big dividends to your performance in the future. Pick a sore spot, or an area that has plagued your performances for a while (shoulders or hamstrings anyone?), and spend some time on it with a lacrosse ball, or one of the groovy new floss bands we have. EFFING DU's.....probably would have taken me another minute to get the last 8.
The upside is, I now have a goal on the board!
