MONDAY WORKOUT

Nutrition challenge meeting will be @ 7pm on Tuesday night... Bear with me on this... Brandon will be gone for 10 days so I'm on my own for a while so we may have to spread initial measurements throughout this week... Let get to it!!

POWER: 15 Minutes Only!
Seated Box Jump (Use the same box height you used for box squat a few weeks back)
5-5-5-5

You will squat & PAUSE onto one box then jump onto a SEPERATE, higher box with no momentum for every rep...

STRENGTH ENDURANCE: 15 Minutes Total
Part I:
50 STRICT Chin OR Pull Ups For Time
* 5 Minute Cutoff *

THEN PROCEED IMMEDIATELY INTO...

Part II:
100 Push Ups For Time (No hand release required, knees permitted)
* 5 Minute Cutoff *

THEN PROCEED IMMEDIATELY INTO...

Part III:
150 AbMat Sit Ups For Time (Touch Fingers To Floor Behind Your Head & Chest To Knees)
* 5 Minute Cutoff *

Obviously, it will get harder and harder to finish your reps in the time allowed as the WOD proceeds, but try to complete as many reps for each section as you can... Also make the chin up/pull up section as hard as possible... This means the band assistance, if used, shouldn't allow more than 6-10 reps per set when you're COMPLETELY FRESH and will breakdown more and more as you fatigue...

POST YOUR TOTAL REPS COMPLETED OR TOTAL TIME, IF YOU FINISH FOR EACH SECTION OF THE WOD ALONG WITH YOUR BEST HEIGHT FOR THE BOX JUMP TO COMMENTS
