Ok, nutrition & performance challenge starting Tuesday!
We will have an informational meeting @ 7pm on Tuesday night where we will go into measurements, body fat, etc & go over the framework of the paleo/zone diet...
It's a $50 buy in with you earning $25 of that back through nutrition tracking, etc... $15 of it from final measurement, body fat & weight improvements... The final $10 can be earned back through performance change on a test WOD we will select & do in the next 5-7 days...
