10 Minutes of Practice on Muscle-ups
Work the transition, and if you've never gotten a Muscle-up, take a shot at getting one.
In teams of 4
3 Rounds Of:
15 Power Snatch (75/55)
1 Dumpster Shuttle
15 No-Squat Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
*Each team member will perform the entire workout, with one teammate always resting, while the other three are working.You will start this workout in waterfall fashion, with one teammate beginning with the Snatch, and the second teammate starting thier Snatches after the first moves on to the run. You may not move to the next exercise until the teammate ahead of you has completed the movement you're moving to. For the Power Snatch, it must be from the floor every rep, and may not be caught in a full squat. For the No-Squat Wall Ball Shots, you will perform a dip similar to the Push Press, and drive the ball to your target, instead of doing a full squat every rep.
