SUNDAY WORKOUT

Amazing job to all during the fundraiser yesterday... We are over $1100 so far and hardly anyone has turned in their sponsorship money yet!! $2000 here we come!!

Let's have some fun with some movements we haven't worked for a while...

WORKOUT:
400m Run
50 Alternating Pistol Squats (Regular Pistols OR Box Pistols ONLY)
250m Row
40 Ring Rows (Try to get as close to parallel with the ground as possible on your set up)
100 Double Unders (Sub: 50 SINGLE LEG Lateral Jumps Each Leg)
30 Toes 2 Bar
250m Row
20 Handstand Push Ups (Kipping Is Permitted)
400m Run
10 Alternating Turkish Get Ups (35#/53#)(Just like it sounds 5 left arm & 5 right arm)

(28 Minute Cutoff)

We will go in heats of 5-6 athletes every four minutes to try to keep things separated if we get big classes... Which we SHOULD!! :)
