Back Box Squat (20 Minutes)

Set up a box just slightly below parallel for this one.  You must pause one full second at the bottom of each rep before driving back off into a standing position.

"Death By Box Jump"
With a THIRTY SECOND running clock perform 1 box jump (20"/24") the first round, then two on the second round & so on adding one rep on every 30 seconds until you are unable to complete the reps in 30 seconds or less. You are allowed to "pogo" this WOD. Have fun!
