GAMES GROUP S&C WORK FOR THURSDAY...

Here's the Games Group S&C work for tomorrow... Remember try to do the class WOD & the lifting work...

FULL Clean & Push Press/Push Jerk (2-3 Mins Between)
4x2-3 Reps @ 80-85% One Rep Max
(Shouldn't be too tough... Work perfect technique!)

Front Squat 3x5 @ 83-85% (3-4 Mins Between Sets)
(This should be TOUGH for 5 Reps on EVERY SET)

Weakness Work (10 sets x 60 second clock)
* Same idea as last week but pick a different weakness this week!

Weakness (kipping pullups): 35 (chin to bar)
