*Yep… it’s another one of those workouts. If you cannot do Toes2Bar, you will attempt Knees2Elbows, Knees2Armpits, or Hanging Leg Raises, selecting the most difficult option you can accomplish. Every minute on the minute, just like yesterday, you will hop off the rower, and perform 5 Toes2Bar (or whichever option you’ve scaled to), then get back on the rower… Row hard, today there are penalties. Can anyone get close, or break 2000m? :-)
***Penalties***
If you do not get past 1000m on the Row: 50 Ring Rows (Make them hard)
If you do not get past 1200m on the Row: 40 Ring Rows
If you do not get past 1400m on the Row: 30 Ring Rows
1400m and above: No Penalty
