3a. (75/45)
3b. (75/45) w/3 Burpees EMOM
4. (55/35) w/3 Burpees EMOM
5. (35/15) w/3 Burpees EMOM

**15 Minute Cut-off**
Keep this in mind when you consider which Scaling Option to use: You will need to get 3 to 4 Thrusters, as an average every minute, to finish within the cut-off. Use 55-60% of your 1RM Thruster as a good estimate of what to use.
