SATURDAY WORKOUT

Little taste of this years regionals at CFH... :)

WORKOUT:
Regional WOD #1:
"Jackie"
1000m Row
50 Barbell Thrusters (33#/44#)
30 Pull Ups (Just Regular Pull Ups)
(8 Minutes)

This is a REALLY fast cutoff so scale accordingly... You can do the following, if needed, in order to finish on time...
1.) Scale the row distance to 800m OR 600m
AND/OR
2.) Scale Thruster weight to 25#/33#, along with scaling the pull ups with bands, if needed
AND/OR
3.) Scale the reps to 40&20 OR 30&15

We want everyone to finish OR get within a pull up or two of it... We will run heats of 6 athletes at a time...
