A long, AMRAP, chipper?  Well, kind of, sort of, not really... ;)

Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
20 Wall Ball Shots (YES, Squat!)(14#/20#)
100m Row Sprint (Row Damper On 10)
10 KB Swings (53#/70# OR 88#)
5 Burpee Box Jumps (20"/24")
3/5 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups (Guys - Strict as long as possible, Ladies - Kip, But Try Strict, If Possible)
30 Mountain Climbers (Something different :)... Unknown & Unknowable!)

REST 4 MINUTES

Then... Recovery Test...

400m Sprint (3rd light pole to the left & back)
(2:30 cut... Push!!)

POST YOUR TOTAL ROUNDS & RUN TIME TO COMMENTS

The air smelled of beef and cheese during the run - it was the only pleasure to be had. Oh, and I like pullups.
