SATURDAY WORKOUT

Nineteen members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots firefighting team tragically lost their lives on June 30, 2013 while fighting a fire in Yarnell, AZ... Today we will honor their memory by performing...

"Hotshots 19"
  • Six rounds for time of:
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 95#/135# Power clean, 19 reps (Use around just 60% of your best Power Clean)
  • 7 Strict Pull-ups (Use band assistance, if needed, but make it moderately tough)
  • Run 400 meters


Make sure to scale accordingly since this is a long, high volume WOD... We will have a 36 minute cutoff for this WOD...

That was brutal, but worth it. 5 rounds scaled 55# and black band.
