"Hotshots 19"
- Six rounds for time of:
- 30 Air Squats
- 95#/135# Power clean, 19 reps (Use around just 60% of your best Power Clean)
- 7 Strict Pull-ups (Use band assistance, if needed, but make it moderately tough)
- Run 400 meters
Make sure to scale accordingly since this is a long, high volume WOD... We will have a 36 minute cutoff for this WOD...
