TUESDAY CHALLENGE... OPEN GYM FROM 4-7PM!

TUESDAY CHALLENGE:
Work on kipping ring dips first!

THEN...

5 Ring Rows (Feet on a 20" box)
10 Ring Dips (Try to muscle up into position first)
15 Air Squats
* As many rounds as possible in JUST 5 MINUTES!

Scale down to 4/8/12 OR 3/6/9, if needed, in order to get AT LEAST 5 RDS on this one!!


FREE CLASS AT 6PM TOO!!
