LIFT UP LUKE FUNDRAISER!

We will run heats every 10 minutes starting at 9AM sharp!  Make sure to get there at least 15 minutes early to get the warm up we have on the board in on your own... Gym will open at 8:30am...

Here the WOD:

4 Power Cleans (155#/103#)
24 Double Unders (48 Singles)
10 Pull Ups
* As Many Rounds As Possible In 5 Minutes

There are plenty of way to scale this one so come in and give it a try!
