SUNDAY WORKOUT

Let the Crossfit Open prep begin!

We will have some overlap with the Games group and regular classes a few times a week in order to cut down on the time our games athletes are in the gym and to prep our regular members a little also since you will also be doing the Open WODs since we will program them into our regular classes once a week every week of the Open so you might as well register and compete for Team Hydro! :)

That being said we will start programming the old Open WODs from the last three years exactly as written or possibly with a few tweaks here and there...

Here's the first one...

WORKOUT:
2011 Open WOD 11.2

Complete as many rounds plus extra reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (100#/155#)(Scale to 60-65% of your 1RM)
12 Hand Release Push Ups
15 Box Jumps (20"/24")

Pretty simple WOD... Make sure to scale push ups to a barbell if you need to and you must stand up on the box during box jumps to count the rep...
