We would like you to use around 90-95% of your best Clean Max for the class WOD tomorrow OR HEAVIER if you can clean it AND do chest 2 bar pull ups even if you don't finish (scale reps, if needed on pull ups so you get some volume in on front squats)...

Bring some food and recovery aids with you if you plan on staying because WOD 2 will be a tough one tomorrow before we back off on Thursdays games work...

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box jumps, 20"/24" box
75/115 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar
