ATTENTION OPEN ATHLETES!!


ALL OPEN ATHLETES...

We are almost there!!

Make sure you post the days you plan on doing the WOD each week on the event page that we have created...

If you are planning on doing the WOD on Thursday night then you can do Wednesday's class WOD at a lower level of intensity, come in and just get loosened up (do the class warm up and mobilize then leave) or take it as an off day...

If you're planning on doing it on Friday night then the above options will be done on Thursday instead...

Do whatever works for you!

Also make sure you're keeping up on nutrition (concentrate on quality foods in the right amounts... worry about getting ENOUGH calories at this point) & recovery (contrast baths/showers, flossing, rolling & HYDRATION)
