GAMES TRAINING FOR SUNDAY/TUESDAY

Let's try to see if we can get everyone in for Sunday training so we can pick up the intensity as the Open approaches... 1PM!

SKILL: Not for time
Kipping HSPUs - 6-8 reps (Women) & 8-12 reps (Men)
* Work fast, smooth reps at as close to Rx'd height as possible
THEN...
Muscle Ups - 3-5 reps (Women) & 5-7 reps (Men)
* Women/Men - do strict band MU progression, if needed

3-4 Total Sets (10-15 minutes)

STRENGTH/SKILL COMPLEX:
Halting Snatch Deadlift (Pause 3 seconds above knee)
+
Hang POWER Snatch
+
Squat Snatch
* 6 total sets for MAX LOAD with 2-3 mins rest between
