SUNDAY WORKOUT

Just like yesterday... Hitting a little core work BEFORE and a fun partner WOD afterward!

CORE WORK:
V-Ups
10-10-10
* Perfect reps and hold solid hollow position as you return back to the floor for all 10 reps... REST 1 TO 2 MINUTES between sets

PARTNER WORKOUT:
In groups of 2, switching off whenever you like...
100 KB Swings (70#/53#)
50 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (70#/53#)
25 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups (Work TIGHT, STRONG kip without any extra excessive extension!)
* Perform as many ROUNDS PLUS EXTRA REPS as possible in 20 minutes *

If one group is brave enough to try the 88# KB then it will be 80/40/20 for reps... :)

2 rds + 126. My daughter, Rachel, was my partner and she did great! During onramp, she struggled with a 26# KB but today she OWNED it! So proud of her. I used 35# KB.
