50 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (70#/53#)
25 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups (Work TIGHT, STRONG kip without any extra excessive extension!)
* Perform as many ROUNDS PLUS EXTRA REPS as possible in 20 minutes *
If one group is brave enough to try the 88# KB then it will be 80/40/20 for reps... :)
