It's tough but a great prep for our fundraiser next Sunday...

I will have a stop watch ready to go if anyone has to go over 30 minutes... Come in and FIGHT TO FINISH!!

Heat 1 - 11:00am (7 total athletes - 3 M/3 W & 1 open)
Heat 2 - 11:30am
Heat 3 - 12:00pm
Heat 4 - 12:30pm

Even if you aren't doing this one again still come in and cheer your CFH family on for this last Open WOD!!
