Complete the following FOR TIME:
21 Thrusters (65#/95#)
21 Bar Facing Burpees
18 Thrusters (65#/95#)
18 Bar Facing Burpees
15 & 15, 12 & 12, 9 & 9, 6 & 6 and finally 3 & 3...

Like stated there is NO TIME CUTOFF for this one... We will set the clock for 30 minutes, but will allow you whatever time you need to finish this one...
