HEADS UP TO ALL MEMBERS.... Tomorrow's classes will be done in heats every 15 minutes for the Open WOD...
We will start heat 1 at 11:00am and continue every 15 minutes until we get everyone that wants to do the WOD in (this includes people who didn't sign up for the Open, don't be shy!)
We request that you POST TO COMMENTS on this post, on the event page and on the blog site which heat time you want so we can start filling people in for heats ASAP...
This will be first post, first serve and we will cut heats off at EIGHT ATHLETES PER HEAT with ideally 4 guys and 4 girls per heat if we can to make transitions faster between heats...
Here are the heat times...
1 - 11:00am (Make sure to arrive 20 mins early to warm up)
2 - 11:15am
3 - 11:30am
4 - 11:45 am
5 - 12:00pm
6 - 12:15pm
7 - 12:30pm
8 - 12:45 pm
9 - 1:00pm
10 - 1:15pm (if needed)
11 - 1:30pm (if needed)
12 - 1:45 pm (if needed)
