TUESDAY WORKOUT - OPEN GYM 4-7PM!

TUESDAY WORKOUT:
As many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 STRICT Muscle Up (Ladies - Kipping is allowed)
(Scale by using band assistance)
4 TRIPLE Unders (Scale to Doubles X5, if needed)
6 Alternating Pistol Squats (No Box Usage Allowed)
(Scale with bands, rolling or plates, as needed)
8 Alternating DB Snatches (55#/70# or more)
* This one isn't meant to be crazy fast, but rather a chance to practice some skills and get some volume in with those skills...

Add a 10 foot UNBROKEN Handstand Walk to the end of each round if you are able and want to.... And if there is enough room in the gym....

I have to confess. I totally avoided this line up. Didn't feel like seeing weaknesses today. I thought I'd pick one skill and work on it but didn't. Instead I made up a little tabata WOD. Do you all ever feel like avoiding weakness?
