FRIDAY WORKOUT (12 & 5:30PM!)

Back to the barbell!

POWER:
Perform the following complex for MAX LOAD... Get some volume work in on these today so follow the listed percentages for each set..

1 HANG Snatch (Any catch height you like)
1 FLOOR Snatch (Any catch, but if you need to work on squatting... DO IT! :))
1 HANG Clean & Jerk
1 FLOOR Clean & Jerk (Same thing... Work on your weaknesses!!)

Set 1- 50%, Set 2- 65%, Set 3- 75%, Set 4- 80-85%, Set 5- 85-90%, Set 6 & 7 - Your Call...

Plenty of time on this one... 30 minutes total

WORKOUT/RECOVERY:
10 minute jog @ 65-70% of your normal 1600m run time
(Pick any course you like, but at least 10 minutes total)
