FRIDAY WORKOUT (12pm & 5:30pm!)

Lifting day!

BARBELL SKILL:
Drop Snatch & Snatch Balance
(Light weights with lots of catch speed!)

Do 1 rep of each movement working up slowly to a low to moderate weight

10 minutes on this one...

POWER WORK:
Every 90 seconds for 6 total rounds perform the following:
- Snatch High Pull
- Power Snatch
* Start with 60-70% depending on how you feel and work as high as 80% for the final 2-3 sets if things feel good...

You will get 5 minutes to work up to the weight you want to start these 6 rounds with...

FUN:
Grab a group of 2-3 and play 8-10 frames of "Rowling" on the rower... The goal is to get as close to 100m exactly on the rower as possible each "frame" and you earn 1 point for each meter that you are under or over 100m...
