As many rounds PLUS EXTRA REPS as possible in TWENTY MINUTES of:
500m Row (Damper On 10)
40 Box Jump OVERS (20"/24")
30 Overhead Squats (33#/44#)
20 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
10 Wall Walks (Rx'd is CHEST & NOSE 2 Wall, but pick something you can stay consistent with)
Scale any of the following as needed:
- Box Jump Height, but you MAY step up and across, if needed
- OH Squat weights to 25#/33#
- Use bands for CTB or do them strict with band help
- Wall walk distance... Pick a spot in the floor and consistently get to it
We will run waves of 6-7 athletes EVERY FIVE MINUTES until everyone is going on this one...
