Team WODs continue... This should be a fun one!!
In teams of TWO with Partner 1 trying to stay as even with Partner 2 as possible perform the following in order (Partner 2 can not start an exercise until Partner 1 finishes):
10 Calories on the Rower (Damper on 1)
20 Box Jumps (20"/24")
10 Double Push Up Burpees
20 KB Sumo DL High Pulls (53#/70#)
10 Toes 2 Bar
20 Weighted Air Squat Jumps (Hugging 15#/25# Plate)(Just a 1/2" jump)
100m Shuttle Run (Little past the Pole & Back)
This workout will be 3 parts for MAX REPS each time...
We will go for 5 minutes, then REST 3 MINUTES for 3 Total Rounds...
The 100m Run is worth 10 reps, but the catch is your teams score is based off of where PARTNER 2 is at when time is called...
