Team Workout!!! This one may look familiar if you've been keeping up with the release of the Individual Events for the 2014 CrossFit Games. :-)

In Teams of 3

The Triple 3:
3,000m Row
300 Double Unders
3 Mile Run

**45 Minute Cut-off**

*Only one person works at a time, and you may switch which teammate is working at any point in time to break the work up however you like. You must complete all of each movement before moving on to the next.
