FRIDAY WORKOUT

Haven't gone heavy overhead for a while so here we go!

POWER/SKILL:
Push Jerk + Split Jerk
* Steadily work your way up with a set every 2-3 minutes for 20 minutes

Sample progression to follow for this one:
#1 - 50%
#2 - 65%
#3 - 75%
#4 - 85%
#5 - 90%
#6 - 90-95%
... Go from there!

WORKOUT/FUN:
Perform FIVE rounds of the following:
50 Single Unders
25 Double Unders (Try to go unbroken if you're good at them)
10 Crossovers with a Jump Rope (Jump and cross your arms as you jump)
5 TRIPLE Unders (Attempts count, but make a good effort at these!)
(15 minutes for this one... Do the best you can to get something new today!)
