Stones!!
SKILL:
Spend 10 minutes working on the "one timer" & the "two timer" stone lifting techniques and work up to a moderately heavy stone OR med ball (use the 30/40/50# balls if the lightest stones are too heavy) shoulder...
You DO NOT need to alternate shoulders, but you can if you like...
WORKOUT(s):
Part I:
Use a moderately heavy stone to complete the following for time:
30 Stone Cleans (93#/115#)
You will have a 6 minute cutoff for this one...
The second you reach the cutoff you will proceed to the next part...
Part II:
800m Run (Scale run distance as needed... Should take you no more than 4 minutes)

With the time remaining until the SIX MINUTE CUTOFF
....
Establish a 1RM Strict Press (You will get your own rack and barbell for this one)
We will run heats of 6 athletes at a time for this one...

HOW TO SCORE THIS WORKOUT...
Take your TOTAL SECONDS to complete Part I and SUBTRACT THE BEST WEIGHT you get on Part II and you have your score...
Hopefully someone gets a NEGATIVE TOTAL SCORE! :)
