How consistent can you stay today??
Working for 1:30 then resting for 1:30 for TEN TOTAL rounds perform the following:
20 Wall Ball Shots (14#/20#)(Scale up to 20#+/30#+ and you can do 15 reps instead)
10 Toes 2 Bar
AMRAP Calories On The Rower OR Bike (Depending on class sizes)
(After finishing the Wall Ball & T2B use whatever time you have remaining in the 1:30 to get as many calories as possible on the Rower)
Scale reps to anything you need in order to assure that you get to the rower and at least get 3-5 calories MINIMUM every round before time is up...
The goal is unbroken Wall Ball and Toes 2 Bar sets for a majority of the rounds...
We will run heats of 8 at a time and possibly 10 if we have a big class... One heat will go as another one rests on this one... Come in and have some Thursday fun!
