Team Workout Saturday!!! Today you'll be in pairs (3 people, if need be), and trying a new Hero workout from CrossFit.com. You'll be splitting the work, and Rowing/Bike instead of Running.
As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes:
20 Overhead Squats (45/33)
20 Back Squats (45/33)
*You may split the work however you like between the two (or three, at the Coach's discretion) partners. Only one partner works at a time, and you may swap between working, and resting whenever you like.
