In pairs, or groups of 3 (at Coach's discretion)
5 Rounds For Time of:
20 Box Jumps (24"/20")
30 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
*Split the work between you however you want, but you must complete one movement before moving on to the next. You must STEP DOWN for the Box Jumps, so no Pogo (rebounding off of the floor). Sit-ups may be done with, or without, an AbMat; your choice today. Simple.Effective.Burner. :-)
