POWER/SKILL:
Just like last week with the Snatch we will really hammer perfect technique, but with Cleans instead...

1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Power Clean
* Starting at just 60% of your best 1RM & perform two IDENTICAL REPS each round before you can go up by 3-5% each round...

There is an 80% weight cap on this workout...

Here are several common faults we are looking to fix:
1. Not returning to the hip in the Hang Clean
2. Missing thigh/hip contact in the Hang Clean
3. Jumping forward on both lifts
4. Shooting the hips up during the start of the Clean
5. Any early arm bending

WORKOUT/RECOVERY:
10-15 minute recovery Jog/Run/Row...

It's been a tough week so make sure to take your recovery seriously and take another 5-10 minutes to work some extra mobility...
